LOW-FAT SKILLET STEAK 
1 round steak, cut into 1/2 x 2 inch strips
1 onion, chopped
1 c. beef bouillon
2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans, drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Spray skillet with non-stick vegetable spray brown steak and onion. Add bouillon and simmer until tender, approximately 30 minutes. Add beans and mushrooms; thicken with cornstarch. Serve over rice.
