8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 (10 oz.) pkg. smokie links ham or light sausage
10-12 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4 - 3/8 inch thick and then
par-boiled
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. parsley

In large covered casserole dish; mix well sour cream, Cheez Whiz, onion and parsley. Cut smokie links into 1/2 inch pieces. Add to cheese mixture. Blend, then fold in cooked 1/4 inch sliced potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
