CRAWFISH JAMBALAYA | |
1 (10 oz.) can beef broth 1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. bell pepper, chopped 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1 stick butter, melted 1 lb. crawfish tails 2 1/2 c. raw rice 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce Use 8 to 10 cup rice cooker. Wash and drain rice. Mix other ingredients with rice. Season to taste. No water. |
