DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Separately, combine milk and egg; beat well. Add to dry ingredients. Mix only until flour is dampened. Roll out on floured surface to thickness of about 1/8". Cut in narrow strips. Cook in boiling chicken or turkey broth (2 to 3 cups). Diced turkey or chicken can be added.
