DELIGHTFUL BANANA PIE 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant banana cream pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
3 bananas
1 (8") pie shell, baked, or 1 unbaked crumb crust
1 env. whipped topping (Dream Whip) mix

Prepare pie filling with 1 3/4 cups milk. Take out 1 cup and cover with waxed paper. Slice bananas to cover bottom. Pour remaining filling over bananas. Prepare topping mix as directed on package. Measure 1 3/4 cups. Beat pie filling until smooth, blend in the 1 1/3 cups topping mix. Slice bananas over filling in pie. Spread filling mixture over bananas. May use remaining topping to garnish pie with additional banana slices if desired. Chill.

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

1 pkg. graham crackers
2 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Crush graham crackers, combine all ingredients. Blend well. Press mixture firmly into pie plate. Use as is or bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool before filling.
