CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese

FILLING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Maraschino cherries (for top)

Whip 4 eggs until lemon colored (electric mixer). Add 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoon vanilla and softened cream cheese. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; then top with filling (1 teaspoon). Place half of a Maraschino cherry on top. Bake 5 minutes more. Cool and refrigerate. May be frozen. Yield: 20 cupcakes.
