FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE 
8 oz. unsweetened chocolate
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
Make the last two into a syrup.
2 sticks butter cut into chunks
5 eggs

Grate chocolate in food processor using chopping blade. While machine is running, slowly pour in hot sugar syrup. While machine runs, add butter until smooth texture, then eggs one at a time. Pour into 9 inch buttered cake pan and bake in water bath at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Invert after 15 minutes and cool.

GLAZE WITH:

1/2 c. scalded whipping cream
5 oz. semi sweet chocolate

Heat in microwave on stove top until chocolate is melted and smooth. Pour over top of cake and keep in cool place. Not necessary to refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 16.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
