HELLO DOLLY COOKIES 
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/8 lb. melted butter
2 pkgs. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 c. coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts, optional

Mix sugar, graham crackers and butter together. Place crackers in a square 9x9 pan and press lightly. Add chocolate chips then coconut, spreading each. Pour Eagle Brand milk, to which vanilla has been added, evenly over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut in squares. Be sure to grease pan.
