GOUDA CHEESE SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) Gouda cheese, at room temperature

Using a sharp knife cut top in eighths like petals and gently pull back. Carefully scoop out cheese from shell. In a small bowl, beat until cheese breaks up and is smooth.

Beat in: 1 tsp. minced real onion 1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper 2 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

Fill shell with mixture. Serve with crackers.
