WHITE LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. crushed oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian, herb seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. light cream
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. dry wine
2 c. Cheddar, shredded
1 1/2 c. Gouda, shredded
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
12 oz. mozzarella, sliced

Cook beef with spices. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add cream and cream cheese. Cook until melted. Add wine, Cheddar and Gouda, cook until melted. Add cottage cheese and egg. Layer in pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
