GLAZED ONION RINGS 
4 to 5 large onions (sweet)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
salt, pepper and curry powder to taste

Peel onions and cut into even thin slices. Heat butter in large skillet. Add onions; toss until coated with butter. Do not brown. Add vinegar, brown sugar and curry powder. Blend well. Add parsley. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until glazed. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Serve hot as a side dish or cook as an appetizer. Can be used in greens or potato salad.
