EGGS STUFFED WITH BACON 
12 hard boiled eggs
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
3 tbsp. chopped chives
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
4-5 tbsp. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and mash. Add to them, bacon, chives, butter, vinegar, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Fill egg halves and chill.
