SPONGE JELLY ROLL 
6 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat yolks in large mixer bowl. Add sugar, then boiling water, turn to low speed and add dry ingredients. Beat 2-3 minutes. Pour in 11 x 15 inch pan lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn out on cloth. Spread with favorite jelly and roll up while still hot.
