POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 boxes (12 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
