CORN PUFFS TOFFEE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. corn puffs cereal

In large skillet, heat sugar and butter to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes or until mixture caramelizes (becomes light brown and thickened). Remove from heat; stir in corn puffs until well coated.

Turn onto ungreased baking sheet; spread mixture 1/4 inch thick. Cool; break into pieces.
