EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean sausage or bacon, browned
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Refrigerate for 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
