SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix dry ingredients together and add gradually. Add sour cream. Stir. Add boiling water; stir. Mix in vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for 1 hour 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
