3 SOUP CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can old fashioned vegetable soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
1 can of water chestnuts
1/2 to 1 cup chopped green pepper
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef, then combine the rest of ingredients. Put in a 2 to 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes. Check at 30 minutes, depends on your oven.
