KURT'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes or taters
1 can potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. hamburger

Cook hamburger. Pour potatoes in buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole; mix other ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
