SILVERADO TACO CASSEROLE 
10 taco shells, coarsely broken
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 lg. tomato, cut in wedges
6 slices stuffed green olive

Place 1/2 of the broken shells in lightly greased 6 cup baking dish. Brown beef and pour off drippings. Add taco seasoning, water. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in onion and tomato sauce. Spoon meat mixture over taco shells. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese. Sprinkle with rest of taco shells, then cheese. Arrange tomato wedges and olives on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
