EASY APPLE CRISP 
8 c. apples, sliced and pared
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. soft butter

Spread apples in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with water, cinnamon and salt. Mix rest of ingredients with pastry blender until crumbly. Spread crumb mixture over apples.
