STUFFED HOT PEPPERS 
2 c. vinegar
3 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
Long yellow peppers
Cabbage

Use plastic gloves to remove seeds and pulp from peppers to prevent burning hands. Cut cabbage as for kraut. Let stand a few minute with some salt to limber cabbage for easy filling. Put in sterile jars. Bring vinegar, water, sugar, and salt to a boil. Pour mixture over peppers.
