FRESH PEACH/SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. sliced, yellow squash
1 c. sliced, fresh peaches
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt to taste
2 1/2 tbsp. butter

In a 2-quart casserole, place a layer of squash, then a layer of fresh peaches and continue alternating layers until all have been used. Sprinkle brown sugar and salt over combination and dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
