POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, cooked & boned
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
7 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and place into lightly greased, shallow baking dish. Combine next 3 ingredients and sprinkle on top. Leave pan uncovered and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
