MOTHER'S CHOCOLATE ICING 
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring cocoa, sugar, milk, and butter to a slow boil. When it comes to a full rolling boil, cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. When cool, beat. You can cook a little longer if not done or add a few drops of milk if over done.
