FRIED RICE 
1 c. (or more) shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 c. ham, diced
1 1/2 c. rice
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Wesson oil for sauteeing
1 bunch green onions (scallions), chopped

In medium sized skillet, heat small amount of Wesson oil over low heat. Saute chopped bell pepper and scallion. Add shrimp, ham, half of the soy sauce and keep warm.

In a saucepan cook the rice in an appropriate amount of water with salt. Mix with sauteed vegetables in frying pan. Add more soy sauce.
