SALMON PATTIES | |
15 1/2 oz. can salmon (or 1 pt. home canned fish) 1 c. dry, fine crumbs 1/2 c. chopped green onion 1/4 c. chopped parsley 2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. oil Shape into patties and fry in oil (medium heat) until brown on both sides. Serve with creamed peas. |
