FIG BARS 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. diced figs
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 c. (packed) dark brown sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, baking powder and salt; add figs and nuts. Beat eggs well, beating in sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture; mix well. Spread batter evenly in greased and floured 13x9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly; cut into bars.
