CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
2 large beaten eggs 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. half and half 6 oz. chocolate chips 3 c. fat free cool whip Beat eggs with an electric mixture on high for 3 minutes until thick. Gradually beat in sugar. In a saucepan, Heat 1 cup half and half until very warm. Gradually add in egg mixture, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes over low heat. DO NOT BOIL! Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted and cover and chill for 2 hours. Fold cool whip into chocolate mixture until uniform and serve. |
