SAUSAGE PUFF 
6 English muffins, halved
12 link or brown and serve sausages
4 eggs
2 c. milk
Dash of salt and pepper
1/2 lb. shredded cheese

Beat egg, milk, salt and pepper. In bottom of 9 x 9 inch baking pan arrange cut muffins to fit. Lightly brown sausages but don't overcook. Arrange on top of muffins. Pour milk and egg mixture over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Bake 325 for 45 minutes.
