SKILLET LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion (or dry flakes)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and onion; drain well. Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce mix. Spread cottage cheese over sauce. Add noodles. Combine remaining spaghetti sauce mix, tomatoes and spices. Pour over noodles. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Uncover and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover to melt cheese.

Makes large electric skillet full and with salad is complete meal. If not electric skillet, regular large skillet can be used, being sure to simmer slowly or meat mixture will scorch.
