VEAL SCALOPPINE 
1 lb. thin Veal Steak, cut in strips
Oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. flour
1 onion, sliced very thin
1/2 c. tomato puree
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Paprika
1 pkg. chicken bouillon

Season veal strips with salt, pepper and paprika. Dredge in flour and brown in oil. Transfer veal to baking dish. Add crushed garlic, onion and mushrooms. Sprinkle thyme and nutmeg on top. Mix tomato puree, chicken bouillon and wine together and pour over veal. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

This is good with Spaghetti Squash and Spinach and Red Onion Salad.
