64 DOLLAR SALAD 
2 pkg. lime jello
2 c. hot water
4 or 5 apples, peeled and diced
1 can chunk pineapple
1 can peaches, sliced
3 or 4 carrots, grated
1/2 to 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Pour juice off canned fruit and add water to make 2 cups of cold juice. Add to gelatin mixture and set aside.

Chop fruit into chunks. Add apples and pineapple with peaches, carrots and nuts. Pour in gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until set. You may put this into a gelatin mold, if desired.
