SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Salt

Simmer 20 minutes: stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in butter. Combine and simmer 10 minutes. Add sugar, Old Bay seasoning, oregano and basil. Bring to a boil 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup water and 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning salt. Add shrimp and cook 1 minute after mixture comes to a rolling boil again. Drain. Add shrimp to Creole sauce.
