PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
5 eggs
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. (2 c.) pumpkin
10" springform cake pan

TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped

Prepare crust. Mix vanilla wafers, 1/4 cup sugar and 6 tablespoons butter together. Press in bottom of 10" springform pan.

Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs, cream, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and pumpkin together. Pour into springform pan. Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Prepare topping while cake is in oven. Mix butter, brown sugar and nuts together. After cake has cooked for 1 hour, place topping on cake and return it to the oven for 15 minutes. Cover and chill.
