CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
4 c. flour, sifted
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. lemon flavor
2 c. sugar
Bundt pan

1. Melt cream cheese and butter at room temperature. Beat together. Add sugar.

2. Add sifted flour, one cup at a time, until blended.

3. Add eggs, one at a time until blended.

4. Add lemon flavor. Beat for 1 minute.

5. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Pour batter in and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before turning out.
