REUBEN PIZZA 
1 (10 oz.) can Pillsbury ready pizza crust
1 c. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
8 oz. pkg. thin sliced corn beef
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
1 tsp. caraway seed

Unroll dough onto lightly greased jelly roll pan, starting in center, press out dough with hands to edge of pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes. In large skillet, cook onions in butter until tender. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and mustard, mix well and spread 1/4 cup over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Overlap corned beef on cheese covering completely. Spread remaining mayonnaise mix on corned beef, top with cooked onion, sauerkraut, and remaining cheese, sprinkle with caraway seed and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese melts.
