RIB EYE ROAST | |
1 (4 lb.) rib eye roast Put on open rack in 300 degree oven. Cook 3 hours for medium well done - 160 degrees on meat thermometer. Place thermometer in thickest part of meat. 30 minutes before roast gets done, pour 2 cups warm water over meat. This adds to the gravy. Once roast gets done, pour juices in pan and add Kitchen Bouquet to make good gravy. |
