VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. or can mixed vegetables
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. onion (diced)
1 c. grated cheese
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. diced ham
2 cans mushroom soup

Mix all together, dot butter on top. Crumble 1 package cracker crumbs on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees in 11x14 glass casserole dish. Makes delicious meal with bread and salad.
