CRUSTLESS COCONUT PIE 
1 c. coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter
2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients in blender at low speed for 2 minutes. Grease and flour 10 1/2 inch glass pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, test with knife until it comes out clean.
