CREOLE PORK CHOPS 
4 center-cut loin chops (salt and pepper to taste)
1 c. uncooked rice
2 med. onions, chopped
1/4 c. catsup
2 med. green peppers, chopped
3 c. boiling water

Season chops with salt and pepper to taste and place in a large skillet. Cover with rice, green pepper and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Combine boiling water and catsup. Pour over chops, bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer one hour or until tender.
