Thaw 1 loaf frozen bread dough. 1 lb. Owens sausage, brown and drain Beat 1 egg and add 2 tablespoons parsley and 1 teaspoon basil. Mix with sausage. Roll dough out on greased cookie sheet. Spread meat mixture on dough. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Roll up and coat with olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. | |
