SALMON LOG 
1 lb. can pink salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drain and flake salmon. Combine with first 5 ingredients, well blended. Chill for several hours and roll into ball or log. Cover with parsley and nut mixture. Great party item.
