DIABETIC APPLE PIE 
4 med. yellow apples, thinly sliced
6 oz. can frozen apple juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Sugar Twin, more if needed

Bring juice to a boil, add cornstarch, spices and butter. Cook until thick, stirring frequently. Slice peeled apples into thick, hot mixture and cook slowly for 5 minutes. Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until apples are done and crust is golden brown.
