LOW CAL STRAWBERRY PIE | |
1 1/2 c. cold water 6 tsp. cornstarch 4 pkg. artificial sweetener 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello 3 c. sliced strawberries Mix water and cornstarch. Stir over medium heat until bubbly. Sprinkle jello and sweetener in mixture. Stir well. Cool. Add berries and pour into crust. Refrigerate. CRUST: 12 sq. graham crackers 6 tsp. butter 2 pkg. artificial sweetener Combine; press into pie plate (4 servings). |
