SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk

Cook green pepper and onion in dry skillet until melted. Mix 1 cup milk with 3/4 cup cracker crumbs. Mix all together in large bowl. Make into balls, place in baking dish.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder (opt.)

Mix together and pour over meatballs. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or microwave on high for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
