SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground lean beef
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Salt and pepper
1 lg. can Veg-All
5-6 lg. potatoes
1 c. cream, real whipping or half and half
2 sticks butter
Sprinkle of paprika

Brown the beef; drain well. Add gravy mix as prepared by directions on package. Stir in vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste simmer slowly for 5-10 minutes. Wash, peel, dice and boil the potatoes. When done, drain well and add butter and cream, blend until smooth. In a casserole dish, pour meat and vegetables in. Lien the bottom then cover with the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees or 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle paprika on top for color. Serves 6-8.
