UNTOSSED SALAD 
1/2 lb. spinach, chopped fine
Sprinkled with salt, pepper & sugar
1/2 lb. cooked crisp bacon, crumbled
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, cooked
1/2 chopped sweet onion
Spread top with mayonnaise
1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
If available, add cut-up fresh tomatoes on top

Layer in large bowl in given order. Do not toss! Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Spoon deeply to serve. Note: Makes a good lunch with bread or rolls. Serves many.
