GINGER SNAP COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1/2 c. molasses
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Roll in small balls the size of a walnut. Roll in sugar. Do not flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
