2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1 c. mayonnaise

FROSTING:

1 stick butter, melted
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Next add water, mayonnaise and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Mix all ingredients well for frosting and place over cake.
